We look forward to welcoming you to HealthSpan! A few things you'll want to know before we get started:

For your convenience, the clinic and dispensary are open 5 days/week

Tuesday 9:30am-8pm
Wednesday 9:30am-5:30pm
Thursday 9:30am-8pm
Friday 9:30am-5:30pm
Saturday 9:30-12:30pm
Sundays and Mondays closed

Please arrive to your first appointment 15 minutes early to complete necessary paperwork. 

24 hours advance notice is requested for canceling or rescheduling appointments. 
A cancellation fee may be charged otherwise.

Fees and Payment Policy
Clinical fees are not reimbursable by OHIP.  However many extended health plans through employers cover naturopathic, chiropractic and registered massage therapy services.  Please check with your employer or insurance company to understand the terms of your coverage.

Fees are due at the time the service or product is rendered.  For your convenience we accept all standard methods of payment including Visa, Mastercard and debit. 

Registration and payment for studio classes can be made in person, by phone or online, and must be done in advance.
