Our cooking classes reflect our whole foods philosophy. A diet rich in whole, unprocessed and unrefined foods is an important part of healthy living.
Cooking Classes are an efficient way to expand your cooking repertoire, or inspire other family members to be involved. They're also a great idea for private gatherings (at our studio) or gift-giving.
HealthSpan's cooking classes are designed to:
-keep it real: clean eating for everyday life with an emphasis on fresh, local ingredients and healthful alternatives
-help the transition from clinic to kitchen, making a customized eating or weight loss plan come alive with taste, aroma and delicious solutions
-be 'outside the box', beyond the standard fare of processed food that comes in boxes and packages. We are specialists in working with people with digestive problems, food intolerances, and those concerned wtih cardiovascular health, diabetes and weight loss. Many of our demonstrations feature delicious dairy-free and gluten-free items.
